Property Fund is the mutual fund which allows the Fund mobilize capital from investors to invest in immovable properties e.g. office building, retail space, hotel, serviced apartment, factory, warehouse, etc.  The objective is to earn regular income and profit from leasing and/or selling of these assets.  The income from rental and service activities net from expenses will be paid to the investors as dividend not less than 90% of net profits in each accounting year.
